At Bemar, we believe that any successful digital project begins with people, not technology. That's why we've built a team with diverse expertise and complementary disciplines, because true digital transformation only happens when engineers, planners, programmers, and researchers work together, sharing knowledge and developing innovative solutions. Every individual at Bemar is part of this structure, and every skill adds real value to our journey.
We consider ourselves pioneers in the digital transformation of the construction and real estate sector. Working with us means entering a constantly evolving environment that offers our members the opportunity to acquire advanced digital knowledge, which is still rare in the region. We work on diverse projects and tackle new challenges every day, making the professional experience at Bemar rich, dynamic, and full of opportunities.
Training is an integral part of our culture. We don't just train our clients; we train ourselves. We are committed to knowledge transfer within the team and invest in the development of our employees through internal and external training programs, because we believe that capacity building is the only way to maintain the quality of our work and ensure the sustainability of our impact.
Our work environment is designed to foster creativity and collaboration, with modern, bright offices in central locations in Damascus, providing a comfortable space for both teamwork and individual work.
Because our role extends beyond projects, Bemar has organized numerous scientific events, competitions, and engineering conferences in collaboration with Syrian ministries and universities. We have also participated in workshops and seminars specializing in BIM, artificial intelligence, and architectural heritage. Furthermore, following the February 2023 earthquake, we launched the "Builders" initiative, contributing to the creation of digital maps of the affected areas and developing an electronic form for assessing damages—a step that reflects our humanitarian commitment to our community.
As part of our national capacity-building efforts, Bemar, in cooperation with the Syrian Virtual University, established the Technical Institute for Engineering Digitalization and Management, along with a specialized training program in the digitalization of engineering processes. This initiative aims to contribute to building a new generation capable of leading the digital transformation in Syria.
